Alright, my dears, first up for tonight is some great concept art courtesy of sldaly. There are two larger versions of Breha Organa (1 and 2) and another one we think is also Breha. Thanks so much, sldaly!

Claire also sent in a really interesting observation. We already knew that the Yellow handmaiden gown from TPM was in the RotS opera scene. Claire pointed out that other handmaiden outfits are also in the background. Check out these screenshots: 1, 2, 3. You can clearly see two Green Parade gowns, a Black Senate Cloak, either Dorme's Senate cloak or the Red Senate cloak, and what looks to be Corde's gown. Very cool! Big thanks to Claire!

My term is nearing its end, finally! I've had so much work to do that it's keeping me away from important things, like my beloved site! In other words, apologies for the slight delay in updates. But I've got a nice little update for you all tonight! First up, I've added a new Leia page: the Bespin jumpsuit! Though it's technically just the Hoth snowsuit minus a few parts, I decided to give it its own page. Here are some of my favorite pictures of it: 1, 2, 3

Also, I redid the screenshots for the Hospital Gown. It's not the most flashy thing, but it's definitely important and there are some cute pictures with the twins, like this and this. And there is also Obi-Wan, so I can't complain. Finally, Karen Hinson whose lovely artwork can be seen here was so kind as to send me this great new Padme Official Pix. Thanks so much, Karen! I really appreciate it!

Oh, by the way, I went and saw the new James Bond movie last night. And while it was pretty terrible by the end (it did start out well!), I was amused when all of a sudden James Bond was on Naboo! What I mean is that they used the same location as with the Villa Retreat Gown in AotC. The funniest part was that the scene in James Bond also features some absolutely horrible romantic dialogue.... I mean seriously, this was worse than Anakin's infamous sand line and that is saying something! :)

Hey guys! Just a quick update tonight before I go back to working on my paper. As you can see, to the right there is a new poll! This past summer, I held a tournament to determine what was the favorite Padme costume (Villa Retreat won). It was a really fun process, both for me and for those voting I think! A bunch of people asked me to hold another tournament and two ideas were suggested: favorite handmaiden costume or favorite Padme headdress/hairstyle. So I thought I would let you guys decide which one to do next! So please vote!! After this poll ends in two weeks, I'll take a week or so to get the tournament ready and then begin it in early December. I hope it goes as well as the summer tournament did!

I was surprised Padme won by such a large margin - I thought it would be a little closer! I voted for Padme by the way; when TPM came out, I was 14 - the same age as Amidala - and I just loved her!

I have a ton of lovely new fan art to add tonight! You guys are keeping me busy (in a good way of course!) Also, I have a busy week coming up - a 15 page paper and the play I've been working on is opening - so updates may be a bit scarcer than normal! I also added one cool new concept art and since the old screencaps were such bad quality, I redid them all. I'm very happy with the results, especially with this cute picture! Breha Organa's costume is so beautiful - I just love it! I am still kind of vexed though that Breha still does not have a page in the starwars.com databank, though such incredibly important characters like this do. Haha, oh well...

I've just added my favorite Leia costume to the site: Leia's Ceremonial Gown. I've always thought it's just so pretty and simple. I like it muchas. While I was getting the page ready, I randomly ran across an 8x10 picture in one of my books. I have no idea where I got it, but I really like the picture! And here are some of my other favorites of this costume: 1, 2, 3, 4.

Also, courtesy of Realm of Royalty, I have two new high-res pictures of the Slave Bikini: 1 and 2. Both have been added to the Slave Bikini page! Oh, and I finally saw Marie Antoinette last night. I really liked it - the costumes were just stunningly beautiful! The movie itself was pretty good, but well worth seeing if only for the costumes!

I can't believe it's already November! This year went by so quickly... Anways, I have two more midterms this week, most unfortunately, so this will only be a quick update.
