The Empire Strikes Back: Forgoing her flowing ceremonial robes, Leia now wears a practical snowsuit that consists of an insulated jumpsuit, a heated vest, and military boots. Her rank insignia is worn on the vest, and her braids keep her hair out of the way while on duty. And though her planet no longer exists, Leia still chooses to wear her traditional Alderaanian white in memory of her homeworld.

Design: Leia's beautiful braids for this costume were based on Scandinavian styles.
